Practice:
1, wash the pot, pour water to boil, then add pepper, salt, vinegar and ginger to the pot, cover the pot and boil.

The second soup: laver and egg soup Ingredients: laver, eggs, lean meat, chives and parsley.
1. Slice the lean meat, beat two eggs, and mix with the meat in one direction several times.
2. Pour the green water into the pot, and pour the laver and meat into the pot.
3. When all the ingredients are boiled, turn off the fire, sprinkle chopped green onion and coriander, and take out the pot.
The third soup: corn and pig bone soup Ingredients: corn, pig bone and carrot.
1. Cut radish and corn, wash pig bones and remove blood.
2. Pour all the corn and carrot into the soup pot, then pour the pig bones into it, and finally pour the clear water and cover the pot.
