Brief introduction of tiger fish
Tiger fish (Xigongge), scientific name, mainly distributed in the western North Pacific Ocean. China, native to South China Sea, East China Sea and Bohai Sea, is a common fish along the east coast of Leizhou Peninsula. Tiger fish is a small fish with bottom temperature, which often inhabits the rocky coastal waters. The common body length is about 100 mm, the weight is about 50 g ~ 150 g, and the largest one can reach 300 mm. It is viviparous, and 80% of the fish are orange-red, just like wearing sunset glow. There are many irregular dark stripes on its side, which are quite bright in color, with dorsal fin spines and wide pectoral fins. Tiger fish has tender meat, white, low fat, delicious taste, no small thorns and rich nutrition, so it is also called "fake grouper".
