Matters needing attention in using pressure cooker
1. Before use, check whether the air hole of the pressure limiting valve of the lower pressure cooker is blocked. If it is blocked, you can unclog the pressure limiting valve with a toothpick to keep it clean.
2. When cooking or cooking soup in a pressure cooker, the food in the pot should not be too full, usually 8 minutes is enough, because some foods will swell, especially things like beans, and it is best not to exceed half.
3. When closing the lid, pay attention to the marking line, and use it only after it is completely buckled. Just pay attention to the position, and don't push too hard to avoid damaging the card position.
