First sprinkle a little salt and alum mixture on the bottom of the bucket, and then marinate layer by layer (each layer is about 20cm thick). Put the salt and alum mixture in each layer. After marinating, add salt to the top layer. After 5-6 days, the two-alum product is ready. ③Trialum: Take out the dialum jellyfish head and drain it for 1 hour. Add 12-14kg of salt and alum mixture [100: (1-1.5)] for every 100kg and marinate. The method is the same as the dialumin process.
