Practice of honey cherry jam
Wash the cherry, drain the water, remove the stone and leave the pulp.
Take a clean oil-free container, a layer of cherry pulp and a layer of sugar, and put it in the refrigerator for two hours.
Heat a small bowl of water and rock sugar.
Pour all the marinated pulp into the crystal sugar water and bring it to a boil.
Add some lemon juice after boiling.
After boiling, simmer on low heat and stir constantly to avoid burning the bottom.
Turn off the heat until the jam becomes sticky.
After cooling to room temperature, add two tablespoons of honey and stir well.
Sealed in a clean and dry sealed bottle, put it in the refrigerator for refrigeration.
