1. After washing kale, cut off the stems respectively.
2. Put garlic on the chopping block and chop it up for later use.
3. Preheat the pan and pour the oil. Before the oil is hot, add half of the minced garlic and slowly fry the garlic until golden brown.
4. Put the previously cut kale stalks into the pot and stir fry.
5. Add the remaining mustard leaves and continue to stir fry.
6. After the kale becomes soft, add salt, chicken powder and sugar, and continue to stir fry until the leaves become soft.
7. Before cooking, add the other half of minced garlic and stir well.
