If you are using rice noodles, soak them in cold water the night before. It is best to use precipitated water, such as well water. It is better if you don’t use bleaching powder. If not, just add tap water and let it soak for a few hours. Powder, it's not easy to break.

If the rice noodles are very fine, there is no need to soak them more than ten hours in advance. Just four or five hours in advance. Use some warm water, about 30 degrees, not too long. When the weather is hot, the soaking time should be shorter.
