Toon with dried beans
Raw materials: 100 grams of toon, 50 grams of dried beans, 50 grams of peanut rice, salt, sugar, sesame oil. Practice: 1. Boil pot of water, blanch the toon. 2. In a separate pot, blanch dried tofu. 3. Cut dried tofu into small dices.
4. Put oil in a frying pan and fry crispy peanut rice on low heat.
5. Blanched tofu cut into small pieces.
6. Take a bowl and put fried peanut rice, dried tofu, toon with sesame oil, salt, sugar and mix well.
Dried beans back to the meat
Raw materials: 200g of skinned pork, 150g of dried beans, 10g of tempeh, 10g of green onions, 10g of ginger, 10ml of soy sauce, 15ml of peanut oil. Directions: 1. Sliced dried beans. 2. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add pork.
3. Add green onion and ginger slices and boil over high heat.
4. Cover and turn to low heat and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Slice the cooked pork.
6. Mince the tempeh.
7. Heat the oil in a hot pan and stir-fry the tempeh.
8. Add green onion and ginger and saute.
9. Add the meat and stir fry.
10. Add dried beans and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
11. Add soy sauce, stir-fry on high heat and serve.
