Fried peas with minced meat and sausage
Practice:
Stir-fry minced garlic, add bean paste and stir-fry red oil, pour in minced meat, add proper amount of salt, soy sauce and oyster sauce, and add half a bowl of water. Pour in tofu, pour in the prepared juice, cook for 1 minute on medium heat, and finally sprinkle with chopped green onion. Stir-fry the sausage to get oil, and sprinkle salt on the peas to make them taste better. Stir-fry until the peas are cut off.
