2. Onion, ginger and garlic chopped.
3. Peel and slice the potatoes.
4. Green peppers broken into small pieces with hands.
5. Pork sliced.
6. Put oil in the pot, put onion, ginger, garlic stir fry, put the meat slices and stir fry.
