Savory cheese cookies
Ingredients required
75g butter. 35g powdered sugar. 2g salt. 20g egg yolk. 140g cake flour. Shredded cheese. 80g
Method:
1. Add the softened butter at room temperature to the powdered sugar and salt and mix well
2. Add the egg yolk liquid and mix well
3. Sift in low-quality powder and mix until no dry powder forms.
4. Add grated cheese and knead into a ball, then shape into a long strip, wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for half an hour
5. Cut into 0.5cm thick rounds, bake in the oven at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes, let cool and enjoy.
