1. The live conches you buy must be washed with water and boiled in a pot.
2. Cool the cooked conch and be careful not to burn your hands.
3. Gently rotate the head of the conch meat clockwise with your hands. The rotation is directional and makes it easier to take it out.
4. Spin out the entire conch meat and set it aside for later use.
5. The conch shell is empty and completed.
