Methods
1. Soak the clams in water with a pinch of salt for 30 minutes to spit out the sediment. Then boil the water and put the clams in to scald them. As soon as you see the shells of the clams open, fish them out and put them in cool water. Then pull out the clams and peel out the meat and set aside.
