2 whole chicken legs, 1 spoon cooking wine, 1 spoon light soy sauce, 1 spoon corn starch, 1 onion, 1 potato, 1 carrot, 1 whole curry,/.
Practice:
1, 2 chickens were boned and cut into small pieces to wash their blood. Drain the water.
2. Add 1 spoon of cooking wine+1 spoon of soy sauce+1 spoon of corn starch, grab well, and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes to taste.
3. Stir-fry an onion block in hot oil, pour in the chicken leg and stir-fry until it becomes discolored. Add 1 potato-cut block+1 carrot-cut diced, and stir-fry for 2 minutes over medium heat.
4. Add 1 whole curry+1 bowl of water+1 spoonful of sugar and bring to a boil, then simmer for 2 minutes, then open the lid and cook until it is thick and ready to eat.
