Ingredients: sirloin, tomatoes, potatoes, ginger slices, garlic slices, star anise, cinnamon coriander, rock sugar.
Cut the beef brisket into cold water, put the onion and ginger cooking wine in the pot, take it out and wash it, and cut the potatoes and soak them for 20 minutes!
