The experiment shows that sunflower seed cake with shell can replace part of soybean meal, and can completely replace soybean meal with lysine and balanced protein, but it should be noted that residual oleic acid is spoiled. Sunflower seed cake has good palatability and high protein digestibility, but if it is pressed with shell, the crude fiber content is too high to be used in large quantities. Without detoxification, it can be directly used as a protein source to prepare feed, for example,10-15% is used in feed formula.
