Cook jiaozi as follows:
Step 1: Pour a proper amount of water into the pot, add a little salt and cook over high fire.
Step 2: Put the frozen jiaozi into a container (without thawing).
Step 3: Soak in cold water that overflows jiaozi.
Step 4: Boil the water in the pot to about 50 degrees and put it into jiaozi.
Step 5: Cook jiaozi for 8 minutes, 5 times.
Step 6: Put jiaozi into a bowl and pour in jiaozi vinegar.
