2. Mix the yellow bone fish with black bean paste, minced garlic, a little salt, a little cooking wine, an appropriate amount of oil and cornstarch, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
3. Steam over water for 5-8 minutes.
Yellow-bone fish stewed with seafood mushrooms
Ingredients: 1000 grams of yellow-bone fish and 800 grams of seafood mushrooms.
