1. It is not advisable to steam immediately after meals and drinking;

3. It is not advisable to take a bath after steaming for 6 hours. Dry your body with a towel after steaming, and you can't smoke for 2 hours. It is not advisable to eat food that is too cold;
4. If you feel dizzy and unwell after using the steam bath, you should stop using it immediately or take a proper rest before taking the steam bath;
5. Please remove makeup before steaming. Don't go in and out frequently when steaming, and drink proper amount of warm water. After the experience, the cells are in the process of repair and strengthening within 10-24 hours. No cold drinks and direct contact with cold water, no bathing. Just dry yourself with a towel.
6. In the first 15 minutes, exercise moderately, adjust breathing and take deep breaths repeatedly. After half an hour, you can lie flat or sit down. You should keep a good attitude and relax during the experience. If you can't stand the health reaction, you can leave the lounge to relax and rest until the symptoms disappear, and then re-enter or consult the relevant personnel.
