How to make oven-crisped duck
1.
Wash the duck legs, remove the hairy roots from the skin and poke some small holes with a fork. Season with other auxiliary ingredients (except honey and a little dark soy sauce).
2.
Put the duck legs and seasonings together in a plastic bag, massage to taste, and refrigerate to marinate for a few hours.
3.
After marinating, pour off the stock and wrap the duck legs in tinfoil.
4.
Bake in the middle of a preheated oven at 150 degrees for about 20 minutes.
5.
Take out, pour off the baked oil and soup.
6.
Brush the top with a little mixture of Sriracha and honey.
7.
Place on the top shelf of the oven, top and bottom heat 180 degrees, bake for 10 minutes to color.
