Practice
1. The old roots and leaves of amaranth are picked into segments, and soaked in water with salt for ten minutes, and then washed clean;
2. The segments of amaranth are put into a pot of boiling water to blanch until browning, and then can be fished out, and then put into cool water to cool down To be used;
3. Take a bowl, put monosodium glutamate, vinegar, chili oil, salt, sesame oil evenly to be used;
4. Will be cooled amaranth fishing out, drained, into the container to add to the blended sauce, mix well.
