Prepare ingredients:
Two eggs, two bundles of instant noodles, two sausages, Shanghai green and mung bean sprouts, chopped green onion.
Sauce: take a spoonful of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and chicken powder, and mix well for later use.
