This is the larva of midges. Its body surface is covered with short hair and its tail hair is longer. It crawls around, feeds on protein-rich items such as ham and wool, and doesn't bite people. Clean the room frequently at ordinary times, remove the dust in the gaps and corners of the mattress in time, try not to leave food for mite larvae, and occasionally spray the corners with pesticides.
