Therefore, MM must know the type and nature of her skin before beauty treatment, and then choose appropriate beauty products or skin care products. Usually, we divide normal skin into neutral skin, dry skin, oily skin, mixed skin and sensitive skin according to skin oil secretion and skin sensitivity. Psoriasis, vitiligo and other skin infections and dermatitis are outside the scope of our discussion today, those that need special treatment.
First of all, the type of skin
1, normal skin: also called normal skin, is an ideal skin type. Neutral skin has moderate oil secretion, normal sebum and moisture, and smooth and moist skin surface. The main performance is rosy and smooth, not coarse and not sticky, and the texture is delicate. After makeup, it is not easy to wash off the powder due to sweating and tears, and it is easy to change with the seasons. When the weather is cold, it is mostly dry, and when it is hot, it is mostly oily.
2, dry skin: dry skin usually refers to the skin cuticle moisture below 10%, of course, it can also be further subdivided into general dry skin and ultra-dry skin: general dry skin is mainly characterized by swelling after washing your face, dull skin color, not delicate, no soft feeling, especially in cold weather, but fine texture, not easy to grow acne and acne, strong adhesion, not easy to take off makeup, many fine lines, the surface seems to have a layer of frost. For ultra-dry skin, this kind of skin has little secretion and almost no elasticity. If some MM skin is super dry, it needs very careful care, otherwise wrinkles will grow out in their twenties, and will continue to deepen, and the old will be faster than others.
The formation of dry skin has internal and external causes. Internal causes include congenital weak sebum activity, acquired sebaceous glands and sweat glands decline, decreased sebum activity of accessory kidney, poor skin blood circulation, malnutrition, fatigue and other factors. From the perspective of beauty and nutrition, what you eat is less fat. Some MM said that it makes sense to love beauty by eating more fruits and vegetables, but it depends on who it is. If your skin is already very dry, you should first supplement foods with slightly higher fat content. Maybe some MM will continue to ask, which foods have high fat content? It's simple. Eat more meat, oil, peanuts, walnuts, pine nuts and sunflower seeds. In addition, vitamin A should be supplemented. If MM lacks vitamin a, it is easy to get night blindness and dry eye. If MM often uses computers, she should also take vitamin A supplements. Vitamin A has two major functions: the first is anti-oxidation and anti-aging, and the second is to protect cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Vitamin A mostly exists in animal tissues, such as egg yolk, milk, cream and animal liver, such as pig liver and duck liver (similar to supplementing fat and eating more meat and oil). Generally speaking, plants rarely contain vitamin A, but you can eat more vegetables with high β -carotene content. Vitamin A and carotene are insoluble in water, but soluble in fat. Therefore, the intake of foods containing vitamin A and β -carotene together with fat is helpful to the absorption of vitamin A under the action of carotene enzyme. So some MM asked why the content of β -carotene in vegetables and fruits is high. First, the fruits of wooden turtle and spirulina, followed by Lycium barbarum, broccoli, carrots, and of course, the content of green tea is also very high, as well as pumpkin, orange fruit, pineapple, leek, sweet potato, papaya, mango and so on. If you can't remember that much, then think about what color carrots are, that is, eat more fruits or vegetables with this appearance. Of course, as I said before, if your skin is too yellow, you should also eat less oranges and other foods. I hope that MM will remember one sentence: You should be afraid of aging, vitamin A should not be less, and eating too little meat will not do!
The other is the external cause, which is mainly related to the exposure of MM in the scorching sun, so MM should remember that sun protection is very important and also related to the wind. In addition, unclean skin and indiscriminate use of cosmetics may cause dry skin. Besides, don't wash your face with soap. Your skin is already dry. If you wash your face with soap, it will be drier. Dry skin is the most prone to aging, because with the increase of age, the sebum secretion of human skin will decrease, the water retention capacity will also decrease, and it will gradually become dry, which is a natural physiological process. If some MM have dry skin, you should do beauty maintenance as soon as possible, otherwise you will be much older than other women of the same age in a few years!
3, oily skin. The cuticle moisture of oily skin is normal, and sebum secretion is higher than normal skin. We can further divide oily skin into general oily skin and super oily skin. Generally, oily skin is characterized by good complexion, delicate texture, oily skin, small acne and acne, and easy makeup removal. Some MM have oily skin, which is very annoying. In fact, most of ordinary oily skin is young people. It also has an advantage that the skin is elastic and not easy to age (MM with oily skin should be happy), but it also has a disadvantage. Oily skin easily absorbs ultraviolet rays and basks in the sun. The other is super oily skin, which is characterized by excessive sebum secretion, shiny forehead and nose, large pores, blackheads to the touch, easy pollution and weak resistance to bacteria. This requires treatment, especially to cure acne, otherwise it will get worse.
The causes of oily skin are also divided into internal and external causes. The internal cause may be related to the vigorous activity of congenital sebaceous glands and the active role of androgen, so generally speaking, there are more men with oily skin than women. External cause: You eat too much meat, prefer greasy food too much, and eat less meat! In addition, among condiments, the intake of spicy condiments is large, and your taste is biased. So doctors will tell patients with oily skin to eat less greasy food and light diet. Another external cause of oily skin is that you may not get enough vitamin B, and the vitamin B family has many members. However, the finer the food you eat, the more likely you are to have insufficient vitamin B intake. People with oily skin should eat coarse grains, such as oats, rice bran, bran, yeast, etc., and the content of vitamin B is high (including animal liver, of course), but if it is not eaten properly, it is difficult to obtain its nutritional value because vitamin B is a water-soluble vitamin. Afraid of light, water, heat and oxidation, so if we eat, the water temperature had better not exceed 80 degrees. Some families cook with boiling water in the morning, but the nutrition is actually destroyed. What kind of vitamin B supplements can be lacking? Eating for three months will generally improve, so you can't eat more. Excessive absorption is easy to cause metabolic load of liver and kidney.
4. Mixed skin: Some MMs are in the T area of the face, such as forehead, nose, mouth and chin, and the rest are dry skin, but they think they are oily skin, but they are not. This is mixed skin, with the characteristics of oily skin and dry skin. Generally speaking, people with mixed skin are mostly between the ages of 25 and 35. One of the causes of mixed skin is genetic. The sebaceous glands in the natural T-shaped part secrete more vigorously, while the sebaceous glands in the cheek part secrete less. Seasonal changes will also increase sebum secretion in T area and make skin in U area drier, leading to acne, pigmentation and wrinkles. Staying up late, lack of regularity in life, and irregular eating habits under the pressure of study and life, such as eating greasy food for a while, spicy food for a while, and fruit for a while, will make the original oily, neutral and dry skin become mixed skin, and will also make the original mixed skin become oily or dehydrated skin. There are also some MM's improper daily skin care or insufficient water supply, which makes the skin water and oil unbalanced and gradually becomes mixed skin.
5, sensitive skin: allergic skin from a medical point of view, mainly because the internal reasons of the body are stimulated by the outside world and cause allergies. Allergic mediators play a direct role in allergic reaction. Allergen is the external cause of allergic diseases, and the body's immune ability is low. The oxidative damage of a large number of free radicals to mast cells and basophils is the internal cause of allergy. There are two kinds of cells in human body: mast cells and basophils, which are widely distributed in nasal mucosa, bronchial mucosa, gastrointestinal mucosa, subcutaneous layer and the envelope of internal organs. These two types of cells contain allergic mediators, such as histamine, leukotrienes and jigging. Some people have low immunity and are very sensitive to certain substances, so they are prone to specific reactions. When the external environment such as pollen, chemicals, certain foods, polluted air and even cosmetics stimulate the body, however, when a large number of free radicals are not removed in time, the cell membranes of mast cells and basophils will be destroyed and the cells will be unstable. When unstable cells encounter allergens, antigens and antibodies will react specifically and emit allergic mediators. The external manifestations of these allergic media are redness, itching, peeling, allergic dermatitis and other abnormal phenomena. The most effective measure for sensitive skin is to find out allergens and avoid contact with this substance again. For some MM, the skin is normal at ordinary times, and abnormal allergy may occur when the skin state changes within one week before menstruation 10 day.

1, visual observation method
Neutral skin: fair skin, neither coarse nor fine, neither dry nor oily, with inconspicuous pores and insensitivity to external stimuli, is an ideal skin.

Oily skin: the pores are obvious or as thick as orange peel, with more oil secretion, greasy and shiny face, which makes it rough, easy to stick to dust and store dirt, leading to blackheads and blackheads in hair follicles, which are not easy to wrinkle and can withstand various stimuli.
Mixed skin: It has the characteristics of dry and oily skin. The "D" zone of the skin (that is, the forehead, nose and chin around the mouth) is oily, even with acne, and other parts are moderately dry.
Sensitive skin: it is often reddish, and it will appear erythema and itching when slightly stimulated, and it is extremely allergic to cosmetics.
2. Paper towel test method
Wash your face before going to bed at night, use a towel to dry the moisture on your face, don't apply any skin care products to go to bed, get up in the morning, paste soft tissues on your forehead, cheek center, nose and cheeks respectively, and gently press and paste 1 1 or 2 minutes. Take off the paper towel, observe the transparent oil stains on the paper towel, and judge by the following methods: the skin is dry, the oil spots on the paper towel are few (G2 points /cm2), and the oil spots are not fused; Oily skin, full of paper oil spots (> 5 points /cm2), less oil spots on both cheeks; Normal skin is similar to dry skin.
3. Touch method
When you just get up, touch your facial skin with your fingers, and the skin is rough and dry; What feels slippery is neutral skin; What feels greasy is oily skin.
4, the determination of skin pH.
By measuring the PH value of skin, we can also judge the type of skin. The pH value of the skin is the PH value of the skin. The PH value of oriental skin is 4. 5-6.5, which is weakly acidic. This is because sebum contains fatty acids and sweat contains lactic acid. Generally, the lower the PH value of oily skin, the higher the PH value of sexual skin, and the stronger the alkalinity. The PH value of skin can be measured by a full-time person with a skin tester in front of the cosmetics counter in a beauty salon or a big shopping mall. It is suggested that MM buy a portable skin tester to keep abreast of her skin changes.
Know your skin type, no matter what skin it is, only by staying healthy can you be called good skin. So what is the standard of skin bodybuilding?
