How to make black pepper steak at home?
Main Ingredients:

Steak (about 350g)

Sub Ingredients:

1 red bell pepper julienned, ? onion julienned, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 green bell pepper julienned.

Marinade:

2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp hot soy sauce, 2 tbsp oil, a pinch of pepper, a pinch of chicken essence.

Seasoning/Marinade:

1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, salt, pinch of cornstarch, pinch of eggplant juice, chopped green onion, pinch of water, pinch of black pepper.

How to make:

1. Marinate the steak in the marinade for 15 minutes.

2: Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and microwave on high for 2 minutes to preheat. Add the marinated steak, microwave on high for 1 minute, turn over, and reheat for 1 minute (you can add or subtract time according to your personal preference of rare)

3: Add 2 tbsp of oil in a bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute to preheat. Add the shredded onion, minced garlic, shredded bell pepper, and shredded red pepper. Add seasoning and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
