Methods/Steps
1
Prepare the ingredients. You can also use minced pork for the filling, or other easy-to-cook ingredients, like eggs, leeks, and sea oysters.
2
Prepare various ingredients. You can also use minced pork for the filling, or other easy-to-cook ingredients, like eggs, leeks, and sea oysters.
3
Spread the sausage rolls: Brush a shallow pan with oil and preheat a multifunctional pan over medium heat for 1 minute. I use the shallow pan of the multifunctional pot instead of a steamer. If you use a steamer, add water to the pot and bring it to a boil, then pour the rice mixture into the iron pan and place it in the steamer to steam.
4
Pour a good amount of rice syrup into the shallow pan, shake it well and turn on the heat to medium for a few seconds. Don't overdo it or the rice crust will be on the thick side.
5
Spreading the filling: When the bottom is slightly solidified, sprinkle a little shrimp puree and chopped oatmeal on top of the rice batter, cover and heat for about 30 seconds. If using a steamer, steam over high heat for 1-2 minutes.
Tip: It's easy to cook the rice pudding in a multi-purpose pot, so be sure to control the heating time and don't heat it for too long, or the rice pudding will become dry and hard.
6
Pour a little of the egg mixture on the surface, and continue to heat for about 10 seconds, until the egg mixture is almost solidified, then roll up the cooked and browned rice noodle from one end while shoveling. Next, make the sauce: pour a little oil into the pan, heat it up and then fry the chopped onion, garlic and chili peppers.
8
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar and water, and boil to reduce the sauce.
9
Pour it over the finished sausage noodles and it's ready to eat.
