Peel potatoes, cut them into thick strips with a thickness of 1 cm, soak them in clean water for 10 minutes, and drain. Take a deep frying pan with a thick bottom and fill one third of the oil, heat the oil to 160℃, fry the French fries in the pan for 4-5 minutes or until the skin is golden, take them out and put them on kitchen paper (oil-absorbing paper) to drain the oil on the surface.
Before eating, heat the oil to 180 degrees, and then fry the French fries until the skin is golden and crisp.
