1. Wash and de-tip the strawberries, dry them and put them into a pot.
2. Mix in sugar and marinate for 1 hour.
3. After 1 hour the strawberries will be soft and watery.
4. Put it on the stove on low heat and simmer slowly.
5. Simmering process should be constantly stirring, you can according to their own taste to add the right amount of icing sugar or white sugar.
6. After about 40 minutes, the mixture will be thick and sticky. Put it into a clean and waterless jar for storage.
