Tongling ginger is one of the "eight treasures" in Tongling, a perennial herb and an annual cultivated crop. Tongling ginger was scientifically identified by the Horticulture Institute of Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences, which belongs to the type of white ginger and row ginger. Fresh ginger skin is slightly yellow, ginger pieces are Buddha-shaped, and petals are thick and dense.

Shun 'an Crispy Sugar is a famous local spot in Shun 'an, Anhui Province. Named after it was produced in Shun 'an Town, Tongling County, Anhui Province, it was first made in the late Tang Dynasty. Tongling wild finch tongue is a famous historical tea, belonging to green tea. This kind of tea was produced in the late Ming and late Qing dynasties. In the Qing Dynasty, Qianlong praised it as "the famous tea in the south of the Yangtze River" and once used it as a tribute.
