Chocolate Bear Cookies
Ingredients:
60 grams of butter, 40 grams of white sugar (preferably powdered sugar) 1 egg yolk, 100 grams of cake flour, 3 grams of cocoa powder.
Method:
After the butter softens at room temperature, add the white sugar and stir evenly.
Add the egg yolk and mix evenly, then sift in the low flour, use a spatula to stir until no dry powder is visible, take out 20 grams of the original dough, add cocoa powder and knead evenly.
3. Place the two portions of dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
4. Take out the original dough and cut it into 3 mm thick dough. Then knead the cocoa dough into dough of different sizes and distribute it on the original dough. Cover it with plastic wrap and flatten it with a rolling pin. .
5. Roll up and mix together again, and knead into cocoa color.
6. Use a mold to press out the shape of a bear. Preheat the oven for ten minutes in advance at 180 degrees and bake for about 25 minutes until the surface turns slightly yellow.
