Scrambled Vermicelli with Beans and Eggs

Ingredients: Cowpeas, Pumpkin, Eggs, Sweet Potato Vermicelli, Chives, Oil, Salt, Wine, Soy Sauce.
Practice steps:
Step 1: Wash and cut cowpeas, cut pumpkin into thin strips, and cut leeks into pieces.
Step 2, eggs cracked in a bowl, add salt, cooking wine, a little water to beat.
Step 3, put the oil in the pan and heat, pour into the egg mixture scrambled.
Step 4: Add oil to the pan and stir-fry the bean curd and bamboo shoots (the bamboo shoots are frozen in the refrigerator).
Step 5: Stir in the shredded pumpkin.
Step 6: Make your own sweet potato vermicelli.
Step 7: Add the vermicelli to the pot with a little water and boil for 2 minutes.
