The panda fish you asked about should be Panda Moonlight.

It is one of the mutant fish species that is a cross between the red swordtail and the red and black moonfish.

It is an ornamental fish of the family Medakaidae and is ovoviviparous. After pregnancy, the abdomen will become very large, and the baby will be born in about a month.

The eggs develop inside the female fish’s body and are expelled from the body after development is completed, so it looks like giving birth to baby fish directly.
