Preparation materials: 100 grams of egg, 100 grams of low-gluten flour, 100 grams of sugar, a small amount of white sesame seeds.
With a whisk, beat the egg mixture with sugar until it becomes white and thick, then add the low-flour mixture and mix well. Do not over mix.
Put the batter into oiled molds. (Heat the molds beforehand.) This amount is enough to make six cakes. Sprinkle some white sesame seeds on the top of the batter and put it into the preheated oven (160 degrees Celsius in the middle for about 20 minutes. Adjust according to your oven.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool. The cake will be delicious and crispy.
Tips: It's easy to beat the egg lake until it thickens. Add the flour and gently stir evenly on it. Do not stir the flour out of the gluten.
