1 bundle of greens, 150g of portobello mushrooms, 100g of pancetta
Methods
1. Wash small greens well.
2. Soak dried mushrooms in water and clean them.
Cut some panko, green onion and ginger.
3. Heat the oil in the pan, pour the meat into the stir-fry.... Pour the onion and ginger into the fried flavor, and then throw the mushrooms in, add some soup, small stew until the mushrooms are soft.
4. Finally, pour the greens into the pan and stir fry, add salt, out of the pan!
