Tomato, Tofu and Fish Soup
Ingredients: 250 grams of fish, 250 grams of tomatoes, 2 pieces of tofu, 1 green onion.
Preparation method: (1) Wash and cut tomatoes into cubes, cut tofu into cubes, wash and chop green onions. Shrimp and tofu soup
Ingredients: 300 grams of fresh shrimp, 1 large piece of tofu, 3 mushrooms; 10 grams of lard, 3 grams of refined salt, 5 grams of soy sauce grams, 5 grams of chopped green onion, 3 grams of shredded ginger, appropriate amount of pepper, and 10 grams of starch.
