Ingredients: scallops, eggs, bread crumbs, cooking wine, salt.
1. Scallops are steamed for meat. After washing, marinate with cooking wine and a little salt for about 20 minutes. Marinated scallops will come out of water, so be sure to drain the water.
2. Grab scallops evenly with egg liquid and wrap scallops with a layer of bread crumbs.
3. Prepare a small pot with oil, fry scallops one by one in the oil pan, and you can take them out when you see them floating from the bottom of the pot.
4. Then stir-fry all the scallops once again, and you can go out.
