Pig liver 1 block

1. Cut the pig liver about a finger thick, and then wipe the blood with kitchen paper when it oozes blood. Shred ginger for use, and cut leek moss into sections for use. Peel and slice tomatoes for later use. Put a little sesame oil in the pot and the tomatoes will bake out juice. Pour boiling water and bring to a boil. Pan, sesame oil into the pot, stir-fried pork liver. Just crisp on both sides. Pour into the tomato pot, add shredded ginger, leek moss, salt and sugar and cook for about 2 minutes.
