1. Mix flour with water to form a dough, let it rest for twenty minutes, and knead repeatedly until it forms a smooth dough.
2. Roll out the dough into a dough about 1cm thick.
3. Cut the noodles into 1cm wide noodles. Roll the cut strips slightly into cylinders on the chopping board with your hands.
4. Cut the cylinder into small dices evenly.
5. Sprinkle flour on the chopping board, lightly press the dough with your thumb, and rub it gently until the dough rolls up.
6. Looks like a cat’s ears. Chopping boards with a slightly rough surface are easy to shape.
7. Boil the water in the pot.
8. Add the kneaded sesame seeds and cook until 8 layers are cooked.
9. Cook the sesame seeds in cold water, drain them and drain them for later use.

16. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a small amount of flour and beat well.

19. Let the spread egg pancakes cool, first cut into thin strips and then cut into small diamond-shaped slices with a diagonal knife and set aside.
20. Heat the oil in the pot, add the onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
21. Pour in the tomatoes and stir-fry.
22. Add thirteen incense, salt and stir for a while.
23. Add appropriate amount of boiling water to make tomato soup.
24. Add soybean sprouts and stir-fry.
25. Add potatoes and carrots and stir-fry.
26. Add mushrooms and fungus, add a small amount of light soy sauce and stir-fry.
27. Finally add the green vegetable segments.
28. Stir fry twice and turn off the heat and set aside.
29. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. (Fresh bone broth will taste better)
30. Add the cooked sesame seeds and boil again
31. Pour in the fried side dishes and add the pork dumplings (You can also omit it), add salt, Magic Chef broth, pepper, and appropriate amount of vinegar to taste.
32. Finally, sprinkle with minced garlic sprouts, chicken essence, drizzle with sesame oil, and turn off the heat.
33. Put it into a bowl and sprinkle with diced eggs. According to personal preference, you can add chili oil and vinegar and mix it before eating.
