Clean and ventilated rooms or mushroom sheds can be used for cultivation, and beds can be arranged in a north-south direction in favor of shading and ventilated mushroom rooms.
Temperature. Golden mushroom mycelium adapts to the temperature range of 5-30℃, the optimal temperature for mycelium growth is 20-26℃, and the growth of the substrate is 16-26t, the optimal 22℃, which is a medium-high temperature type. The mushroom does not need to be stimulated by temperature difference.
Humidity. The moisture content of mycelium culture material is 60% a 65% is appropriate. The relative humidity of the air in the formation stage of the substrate is 90% to 95%, and 285% to 90% is suitable for the growth stage.
Light. Mycelium growth stage does not require light, dark conditions mycelium growth faster. Substrate formation and development need diffuse light, 150?600qinq period, the growth of the substrate has phototropic.
Air. Golden mushrooms are aerobic fungi, mycelial growth stage C02 has a promotional effect on mycelial growth. With the growth of mycelium, the bag of C02 concentration content gradually rise, can stimulate mycelial growth. Listen to the mycelium growth stage, the air requirements are not very strict: the formation of the original foundation needs sufficient C02 to make the mushroom buds grow normally.
PH value. In the growth stage, the pH value ranges from 4 to 8, and the optimal value is 6.5. It is difficult to produce mushrooms under pH 4t2 and above 8, and the optimal pH value is 6.0-6.5 when producing mushrooms.
Cultivation Season
The optimal temperature of the golden mushrooms is 22℃, and it will take 50-60 days to produce the mushrooms from inoculation of the bag making to the mushroom production. Generally speaking, it can be arranged in February-March bag-making in spring and mushroom production in April-May; bag-making in August-September in fall and mushroom production in September-October.
Species production
The mother species adopts PDA medium, which is placed in the 25℃ constant temperature box for 10-13 days, and can grow all over the test tube; the original cultivated species can be used in the ordinary wood bran medium, or cottonseed hulls with wheat bran medium, or can be used to make the medium of wheat grain. General original species, cultivated species at 25 ℃ culture 30?35 days can grow full bottle.
Formulation
Original and cultivated species formula: A: wheat grain 67%, 30% wood chips, calcium carbonate 3H, water content of 50% a 55%. B: wood chips 78%, 20% bran, gypsum powder 1%, sucrose 1%, water content of 55%. C: cottonseed husk 78%, 20% bran, gypsum powder 1%, sucrose 1%, water content of 60%.
Cultivation media formula. A: corn cob 78%, corn meal 20%, gypsum powder 1%, calcium superphosphate 1%, water content of 60% 65%, pH 6.0-6.5. B: cottonseed hulls 47%, 30% of wood chips, bran 18%, sucrose 1%, calcium carbonate 1%, water content of 60% 65%, pH 6.0-6.5.

Harvesting and processing
Golden mushrooms can be freshly sold into drying and storage for sale. When the cap is funnel-shaped and the spores are not yet ejected, it is the harvesting period with high yield and good quality. The day before harvesting should stop spraying water, properly reduce the free water contained in the mushroom body, which is conducive to prolonging the shelf life of fresh mushrooms; life and improve the quality of dried mushrooms. After harvesting the first tide of mushrooms, clean up the surface of the material and discard the contaminated mushroom bags, adjust the temperature, humidity, ventilation and light of the mushroom room, and then the second tide of mushrooms can be grown after 10-15 days. After the first wave of mushroom harvesting, the mushroom bag has become lighter, so we should replenish the water or nutrient solution of the bag in time to promote the yield and quality of the second and third wave of mushroom.
