Peel taro and cut it into small pieces. Put it in the outer pot of the rice cooker and steam it with a glass of water. It is best to put a steaming rack under it to avoid scalding the bottom when steaming. Steamed taro is pressed into mud, and sugar and condensed milk are mixed while it is hot.
