Homemade Mango Sauce
Mango Sauce:
Mango Meat 200g
Sugar 30g
Lemon Juice 5g
Methods:
1. 200g of Mango Meat, put it into a cooking machine and beat it finely.
2. Pour into the pot and add 30g granulated sugar, open medium-low heat and keep stirring to prevent paste
3. Simmer until thick add 5g lemon juice, stir well, turn off the heat.
4. Put it into a sterilized container, seal it on the surface, and refrigerate it after it cools down
