Practice
1. Pan-fry Japanese tofu on both sides and set aside
2. Stir-fry tomato with sand
3. Add enoki mushrooms and stir-fry to soften
4. Add two tablespoons of enoki spaghetti sauce, one tablespoon of oyster sauce, and a pinch of salt, and season, then pour in tofu to cook. 3 minutes is enough
