The practice of amber walnut:
Freeze walnuts in the refrigerator for half a day, then take them out and peel them. Walnuts peeled at low temperature are not fragile.
Cooking ingredients: 500g walnut kernel, 10g peeled white sesame, 20g rock sugar, 20g honey and 20g peanuts.
1. Cook the walnut kernel first, and then take it out to control the moisture for later use.
2. Add a proper amount of water to the pot, add broken rock sugar and a spoonful of honey, and simmer until it is slightly sticky and dark yellow bubbles.
3. Add the walnut kernel, stir fry, and scoop it quickly when the juice is dry, so that the walnut kernel is turned over and evenly wrapped with a layer of sugar juice.
4. After the oil in the pot is hot, add the walnut kernel and fry it until golden brown. Take it out and put it on a plate. Sprinkle sesame seeds and mix well immediately. The cooled walnuts are sweet and crisp.
