1. Wash the dirt and mucous membrane on the surface of tripe with clear water and put it in a pot. Add 1g of salt and 1g of corn flour and 3g of vinegar, rub it for 15min and then rinse it twice. Boil the water in the pot and put it in the washed tripe. Take it out and rinse it with clear water.
