Irritability, rapid pulse and decreased blood pressure.
Severe cases may include severe headache, fainting, coma, spasms, heatstroke and high fever: dysfunction of thermoregulation center, difficulty in heat dissipation and excessive heat accumulation in the body. At first, I have symptoms of threatened heatstroke, and then I have headache, anxiety, lethargy and even coma. Flushing face, dry skin. Blood pressure drops, shortness of breath, and rapid heart rate. The body temperature is above 40℃.
Heatstroke failure: insufficient blood volume caused by the loss of water and salts due to excessive sweating. The clinical manifestations are pale face, cold skin, weak pulse, low blood pressure, rapid and shallow breathing, unconsciousness, low axillary temperature and anal temperature of about 38.5℃.
Heatstroke spasm: After sweating a lot, you only drink a lot of water, but you don't supplement salt. Blood sodium and chlorine are reduced, and blood potassium can also be reduced. The patient is thirsty and has little urine. Muscle spasm and pain, normal body temperature.
Sunstroke: due to too strong sunlight on the head, a large amount of ultraviolet rays enter the skull, causing the intracranial temperature to rise (up to 41~ 42℃), resulting in edema and congestion of the brain and meninges. Therefore, severe headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, tinnitus, dizziness, irritability, disturbance of consciousness, and severe convulsions and coma occur. Body temperature can be slightly increased. The above situations can sometimes appear in combination.
