1, cut the grapes into pieces and wash them. Remember not to cut the grapes flat and leave some pedicels. The key is not to wash the white skin of the grapes, because it depends on that white layer to ferment.
2. Dry the grapes in water.
3. After drying, remove the stems from the grapes, divide the grapes in two by hand, throw the stems in the basket, put a layer of sugar on the grapes about 3-5 cm, and so on.
4. When it is finished, it can be put on for about 20 days.
5. In a few days, it will slowly ferment. After 20 days, the grape skin will be separated with sand, leaving the wine. It can be drunk in a week or so. The longer the time, the stronger the wine will be.
