The cast of The Richest Man in the West Rainbow City is a comedy film written and directed by Yan Fei and Peng Daimo, starring Shen Teng, Song Yunhua, Zhang Yiming, Chang Yuan, Zhang Chenguang, and Wei Xiang, which was released on July 27, 2018 in mainland China.
