The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (ministerial level, referred to as the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine) is directly under the leadership of the State Council;

The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine administers China National Certification and Accreditation Administration (hereinafter referred to as CNCA). The National Certification and Accreditation Administration (deputy ministerial level) is the competent authority authorized by the State Council to perform administrative functions, manage, supervise and comprehensively coordinate the national certification and accreditation work.

The Machinery Industry Federation has nothing to do with them.
