2: chronic atrophic gastritis, once diagnosed by gastroscopy pathology, need to be reviewed once a year gastroscopy, if accompanied by atypical hyperplasia, especially moderate and severe atypical hyperplasia, need to be reviewed once every six months gastroscopy. It is especially important to remind that a biopsy should be taken from the same lesion to determine the extent of the lesion and to provide a therapeutic basis for the next step of treatment.
