1: Chronic superficial gastritis is generally a short course of disease, clinical symptoms are mild, after regular treatment, clinical symptoms and signs disappear. Gastroscopy can be done without review. However, when the recurrence, need to check the gastroscope, in order to determine whether the recurrence of chronic superficial gastritis or develop into atrophic gastritis or gastric ulcer.

2: chronic atrophic gastritis, once diagnosed by gastroscopy pathology, need to be reviewed once a year gastroscopy, if accompanied by atypical hyperplasia, especially moderate and severe atypical hyperplasia, need to be reviewed once every six months gastroscopy. It is especially important to remind that a biopsy should be taken from the same lesion to determine the extent of the lesion and to provide a therapeutic basis for the next step of treatment.
