3 mushrooms, 4 tablespoons olive oil, 3 tablespoons chopped green onion, 4 heads of garlic, mashed and 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar.
method of work
1. Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems for later use. Put it on a plate, with the gill-like side of the mushroom inner layer facing up.
2. Mix oil, onion, garlic and vinegar in a small bowl. Sprinkle the prepared sauce evenly on the mushroom head for 1 hour.
3. Preheat the oven with medium-high fire, and roast the mushrooms for about 10 minutes, turning them frequently and eating them while they are hot.
